Time-saving breakfast – overnight oats
This versatile recipe involves soaking oats overnight and then adding toppings of your choice. For a busy weekday morning, this makes a wonderful make-ahead breakfast option. Add some oats with a dash of yogurt or milk into a glass jar. The next morning, add some chopped nuts and freshly cut fruits as toppings. This makes a filling breakfast that is also super-yummy. Add a little honey if you want an extra bit of sweetness.

Grab and go snack – apple peanut butter sandwich
Cut out thin apple slices and spread a little peanut butter on them. Combine two or more slices to make a quick and healthy sandwich. This sandwich makes for a delicious option as a sudden mid-morning hunger pang quencher. Both these ingredients are safe for pets and so you can even make this as pet food and your morning snack in one go.
