Some newer companies also offer designated nap areas, event tickets, co-working facilities, food vouchers, and refreshments. However, employers are trying to alter this. Some organizations are transitioning from handing out standard monetary bonuses and offering paid weekend trips instead. Be sure to ask for these when speaking to company officials.
